Opportunity is the word that defines my BETa experience. It was my first real step into a long-time dream: transitioning from studying software engineering to following a manager path. At BLIP, I found not just a role, but a sense of belonging. From day one, I felt aligned with the company's culture and values, something I now know I'll always look for.

BLIP and BETa gave me the chance to step into a role I thought would take years to reach. I didn't even know what a Product Owner was before that first phone call. It made me want to be better, not just professionally, but personally.

Growth is what defines my experience as a BETa. I came in with almost no background in software development and ended up completely. transformed What made the difference? A team that supported me and a buddy system that helped me understand the culture from day one. BLIP values inclusion, and it shows. I worked alongside people from all kinds of backgrounds, even ex-doctors and finance professionals. That diversity creates a learning space that's truly unique.

I recommend the Beta program because it allows people with no experience to be truly part of the team with the main goal of learning. At Blip, we are encouraged to be ourselves. We find a friendly environment where we can work while having fun. The biggest takeaway from Blip that I've learned is the power of collaboration. We can literally sit near to someone and ask for help. Strong culture creates better collaboration between everyone at the office.
